At Made in RSA (“MIRSA”), we proudly ship authentic South African products worldwide - fast, securely, and transparently. Our goal is to get your order from Cape Town to your doorstep as quickly and efficiently as possible.
1. SHIPPING PARTNERS
SOUTH AFRICA:
All orders are shipped with our trusted partner BobGo. Shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order size.
INTERNATIONAL:
All orders are shipped with our trusted partner global logistics partner, DHL Express. DHL provides real-time tracking, secure delivery, and customs handling, ensuring a smooth and reliable experience no matter where you are in the world.
2. SHIPPING RATES
Shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order size.All prices shown at checkout are fully inclusive of:
- International shipping costs
- Customs duties and import taxes
- VAT and clearance fees
There are no hidden or surprise fees upon delivery - what you see at checkout is what you pay.
3. DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES
We ship directly from our warehouse in Cape Town, South Africa.
Typical delivery times:
- Major cities worldwide: 3-5 business days
- Outlying or remote areas: Up to 7 business days
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a DHL tracking link via email to monitor your parcel in real time.
Please note: delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, weather conditions, or other external factors outside our control.
4. DISPATCH TIMES
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or South African public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
If your order includes multiple items from different brands within the Made in RSA ecosystem, they may be shipped together or in separate parcels depending on stock availability.
5. CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES
All customs duties, import taxes, and clearance fees are included in the shipping rate at checkout. You won’t need to pay anything extra when your order arrives.
However, in rare cases where local authorities impose additional fees (such as remote area surcharges or customs inspections), these will be the responsibility of the customer.
6. TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your order has shipped, you will receive:
- A shipping confirmation email with your DHL tracking number
- A direct link to track your parcel online via DHL’s global tracking portal
If you haven’t received your tracking email within 3 business days of placing your order, please check your spam folder or contact us at hello@madeinrsa.com.
7. DELIVERY ISSUES
If DHL is unable to deliver your order (for example, due to an incorrect address or multiple failed delivery attempts), your parcel may be returned to our warehouse.
In such cases:
- The customer will be responsible for any reshipment costs, including shipping and customs fees.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
8. LOST OR DAMAGED PARCELS
We work closely with DHL to ensure all parcels arrive safely. If your parcel is lost or arrives damaged:

Include your order number and clear photos (if damaged).
